We are an appointment-based dress boutique, so our hours vary for our customers. Please contact us or use our booking form to make an appointment. We will try to accommodate our customers needs the best we can.

Love To Dress is based on the outskirts of Norwich in Norfolk. You can reach us directly by following your satnav with the address below. We can be reached by bike, car, taxi, walking or by the First Bus Orange 21 route.

Unlike other boutiques we have plenty of allocated parking available to our customers. So, you do not need to worry about finding a space or place to park. Its also free!

We do offer payment plans to all our customers. You can ask us prior to your appointment or during to find out more. 

Every year we keep a list of every dress sold per year per school. We do not sell the same dress to the same school, so the sooner you come in and choose your dress the better!

You can not guarantee this if you buy from the internet or the Highstreet. 

Our suppliers do not stock any other shops in the area, which makes us an ideal place to buy your dream dress.

We stock a variety of off the peg dresses, samples and many of our suppliers can provided one to four week delivery if you have left it last minute to get that all important dress.

We offer a tailored and besoke service with every dress as we understand that not every girl is the same. 

We currently only stock full length and  maxi dresses. However, many of our longer dresses can be altered into a cocktail dress.

Our bridesmaid collection of dresses is one of the largest in Norfolk and Suffolk. We have fantastic suppliers that can not only supply the perfect dress but also help to match your wedding colours with their wide selection.

Unfortunately, we do not hire dresses out. As there are many factors that go into the hiring process and we want to keep the dresses to the highest of quality that our customers would expect.

The prices of our dresses can vary depending on style, brand and the amount of detailed work that goes into them. We do try to select a wide range for all budgets and tastes.

Our dresses range from:

Bridal range: £500 to £3,000

Prom / evening range: £150 to £650

Bridesmaid range: £200 to £250

When you attend your appointment, please do have a think about what your budget is as we will ask this. This is so that we can show you dresses within your ideal price range and help you find that dream dress!

We do take credit and debit cards, we do not accept cheques, postal cheques, and cash. Please do ask us about payment options that we have available at your appointment. 

We stock a range of sizes. And our suppliers stock sizes from a UK 6 to a UK 32. If you find the right dress and we do not have it in your size we will work with our suppliers to get it for you.

You will need to book an appointment with us to attend the boutique. This is so that we can provide the best possible service and make your day special. Make sure to book early as not to disappoint as we can get very busy in the run up to Bridal and Prom season. The earlier you book the better chance of you finding the prefect dress.

Our appointments are

Bridal Appointment : one hour and 30 minutes.

Prom / evening and bridesmaid: 60 minutes.

This allows for us to focus on you and your special event. At the start of your appointment, we will sit down and have a chat about what it is that you are looking for and what your budget is.

We will then take you to our dress room that is filled with various styles and colours. You will be guided through your selection to try on and taken to your own private fitting room for the fun to begin.

We do offer longer appointment times for those that may require them due to accessibility. Please contact us directly at info@lovetodress.co.uk with your request and we will do our very best to assist in your request. 

Come with an idea of styles and colours that you would like to try on. Try not to search the internet as you can overwhelm yourself. 

We ask that you take off any makeup and jewellery before you attend your appointment. Do not worry if you forget, we do have makeup wipes in the store. 

We only allow for a bridesmaid group to book appointments together. This is because we want to give you our undivided attention for your special event. If you would like to book for a bridesmaid appointment, please get in touch with us at info@lovetodress.co.uk

Shoes

We have a bridal step in the boutique that we use to give you height while you try on dresses. This will show you what the dress would look like with heels on.

If you do have a specific pair of heels that you intend to wear for your special event, bring them along to try on with your chosen dress.

Underwear

Many of the dresses in the boutique have in built bras. However, if you wish to bring a bra with you, we suggest a bra that is a nude colour and either strapless or a multiway. We also suggest to wear nude seamless knickers so that they do not show underneath the dresses that you try on.

Makeup

During your appointment we ask for you to not wear makeup, as it can easily transfer to the dresses when trying them on. We do have makeup remover and wipes in the boutique for your use.

Jewellery

We ask that jewellery is removed during your appointment to prevent damage to the dresses that are being tried on.

We ask that you only bring a maximum of two guests with you during your appointment.

Our expert stylists will work with you to find your perfect style. They have years of experience and are trained in our dresses and styles to suit all body shapes and sizes.

We ask that you take off any makeup and jewellery before you attend your appointment. This is to prevent the makeup transferring onto the dresses you try on during your appointment.

The boutique does not provide alterations; however, we do have a selection of local seamstress that we can recommend.

We recommend to shop as early as possible for your prom dress. Our prom selling season is between January and April. So, it is best to book early not to avoid disappointment.

Shopping for your wedding dress can be an exciting experience. We suggest shopping approximately 10 months prior to your wedding date and not later than 6 months. This is to make sure that your chosen dress can be ordered in for you on time and allow for any potential alterations that might be required. Unless you choose an off the peg dress.

Just like shopping for your wedding dress we suggest shopping 10 months before the wedding date and no later than 6 months prior. This allows for your dress to be ordered in (unless its an off the peg dress).

Our customer’s privacy is treated with the up most respect and that goes for your dress selection too. We do keep a record of our dresses sold for each school year but these are anonymous with no personal details attached.  We do not take any photos of our customers in their dresses and we ask our customers to do the same until you say yes to that dress.
